Here are The 2013 Tony Award Nominations
The American Theatre Wing announced its nominations for the 2013 Tony Awards today. DC Theatregoers were wowed by Holland Taylor’s performance as Governor Ann Richards in Ann at The Kennedy Center, Tracy Letts and Ann Morton in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf at Arena Stage, and Carolee Carmello in Saving Aimee (now Scandalous) at Signature Theatre – and they were all nominated for Tony Awards today. But my favorite nominations today? I am so thrilled that Danny Burstein was nominated for Golden Boy and Rob McClure for Chaplin and all those nominations for Harvey Fierstein. And a special congrats to Producer Van Dean for your nominations. Congrats to all the nominees!
