Actor Michael Kenny has been a valued member of the theater community in the MD/DC/VA area for years. He’s worked everywhere from West End Dinner Theater to The Kennedy Center. His most recent work has been with the new theater company in Baltimore, Epic Productions Inc, where he portrayed Man 2 in I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. Many know him and many adore him.
What people don’t know is the challenges he, and his family, have faced since June of 2013. Michael Kenny’s daughter, Carlin, went to her pediatrician with a cough and a fever. After an x-ray, she was sent to the hospital with an “impressive pneumonia.” They performed a CT scan and a mass was found behind her right lung.
Carlin was diagnosed with Stage 3 Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma behind her right lung. She endured 48 weeks of Chemo and Proton Beam Radiation Therapy.

Join us for a benefit for Michael Kenny and TEAM CARLIN. Epic Productions is presenting I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change at the Olney Theatre Center in the Mulitz-Gudelsky Theatre Lab March 31st.
There will be a cocktail hour at 6:30 pm and the performance will begin at 8:00 pm.
Your admission includes beer and wine, light fare, and the performance.
Carlin Kenny will make an appearance early in the evening.
