Wolf Pack Theatre Company has found a new home at the Cora B. Woods Center in Brentwood Maryland.
After almost five years of being nomads, Wolf Pack Theatre Company will be moving into the Cora B. Woods Center, 3601 Taylor St., Brentwood Maryland. Forging a unique partnership with Community Crisis Services Inc., this move will allow Wolf Pack the opportunity to continue bringing award-winning theater to the region while helping those in crisis. Wolf Pack has designated Community Crisis Services Inc. as the singular charitable agency for 2019, and a portion of every ticket sold will directly benefit survivors of domestic violence, those who are homeless and those suffering from thoughts of suicide.
Featuring an intimate black box style theater space, the Cora B. Woods Center is located just minutes from the Washington D.C. border. The space will allow both Wolf Pack and Community Crisis Services Inc. the opportunity to expand programming including theater training, suicide awareness training and smaller conferences or events.
Scheduled Wolf Pack productions include Dog Sees God by Bert V. Royal, (May 2-18), Hand to God by Robert Askins (July 5-20), GhostLight by William Leary (August 22-September 7), The Rocky Horror Show, music, lyrics and book by Richard O’Brien (October 31-November 16) and A Christmas Carol in December of 2019. Wolf Pack will still produce Next to Normal – book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey, music by Tom Kitt at the Greenbelt Arts Center September 27-October 13.
