DMV-area organizations continue to cancel and postpone events due to COVID-19 pandemic

After a month of cancelations, DMV area organizations continue to postpone or cancel shows and events, as well as make changes for their 2020-2021 season. The following list reflects those organizations that have had to make changes. This article goes hand-in-hand with our article Updated online performing arts offerings during COVID-19 shutdown, so please read that as well. If you know of changes that we do not list below, please email them to [email protected]. This list was originally published on March 12th, 2020. The list has been continuously updated as we receive information. The most recent update was made at 2 pm on August 8.

1ST STAGE (TYSONS, VA)
1st Stage will remain closed in compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines until it is safe to welcome audiences back to the theatre. Programming changes have been necessitated by this prolonged closure. 1st Stage will next produce A New Brain by William Finn and James Lapine, directed by Kathryn Chase Bryer. Dates will be announced when possible. The Waverly Gallery, originally scheduled for spring 2020, will now be part of the 2020-2021 season. The Logan Festival of Solo Performance, scheduled for July 16-26, 2020, is also canceled and will return in the summer of 2021. Please consider a donation to 1st Stage to help them recover from this closure.

ADVENTURE THEATRE MTC (GLEN ECHO, MD)
No live performances are currently planned.

ALDERSGATE COMMUNITY THEATER (ALEXANDRIA, VA)
Aldersgate’s production of On Golden Pond, originally scheduled to open on March 20th, is postponed indefinitely. The theater hopes to mount the production later this spring.

ALLY THEATRE COMPANY (PERFORMING AT JOE’S MOVEMENT EMPORIUM IN MT. RANIER, MD)
No live performances are currently planned.

AMERICAN POPS ORCHESTRA (WASHINGTON, DC)
The NextGen competition will be held online.

AMERICAN SHAKESPEARE CENTER (STAUNTON, VA)
American Shakespeare Center is suspending its current Actors’ Renaissance season of four shows, canceling the Spring Season of four shows (including a world premiere), releasing all actors from their contracts, and furloughing staff. They hope to reopen in June. ASC is encouraging patrons to turn their pre-purchased tickets into a donation by calling the box office at 877-MUCH-ADO (877-682-4236).

ASCr is providing plays via cinema-quality video shot live before its doors were closed in March. Now through April 19, see the entirety of the celebrated Actors’ Renaissance Season. Plus – enjoy performances from their National Tour – coming soon! Currently streaming are a joyous Much Ado About Nothing, an epic and binge-worthy Henry IV, Parts 1 & 2, the gem A King and No King, and their fun and family-friendly Midsummer 90! AMERICAN UNIVERSITY (WASHINGTON, DC)
All theater productions at American University are suspended until May 5th.

ANACOSTIA PLAYHOUSE (WASHINGTON, DC)
No live performances are currently planned. Anacostia Playhouse is accepting donations that can be made here.

ARENA STAGE (WASHINGTON, DC)
Arena Stage has suspended all remaining performances for its 2019/20 Season, as well as select special events and community engagement programs. Celia and Fidel, Seven Guitars and Toni Stone have been postponed to the 2020/21 Season. The previously announced productions of Theresa Rebeck’s Enlightenment, Mike Daisey’s The Change and Lynn Nottage’s Crumbs from the Table of Joy have been rescheduled to the 2021/22 Season. Their building will be closed through at least March 29th.

ARTS ON THE HORIZON (ALEXANDRIA, VA)
By the Seashore will be rescheduled for Summer 2020. No live performances are currently planned. The Arts Barn has cancelled the upcoming Godspell (May 15-21) and Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom (June 12-28). Murder at the Mansion: Kill Again’s Island has been rescheduled for Aug 14-16, and Comedy Bingo with Danny Rouhier will be rescheduled to a date TBA. The Comedy & Magic event featuring David Meneses on June 5th has also been canceled. They hope to reschedule for the fall. Seth Glier – The Singer-Songwriter Series has moved from 5/2 to 11/14. The Spring Artisan Bazaar on 5/3 has been rescheduled for 8/16. Danielle Wertz, Jazz Songstress, scheduled for 6/7, has been postponed.

ATLAS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER (WASHINGTON, DC)

AVANT BARD THEATRE (ARLINGTON, VA)

BALTIMORE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA (PERFORMING IN BALTIMORE AND BETHESDA, MD)
The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra has canceled all concerts and public events through May 24 at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, The Music Center at Strathmore and other venues. This includes Howard County Side-by-Side Concert, Movie with Orchestra: The Wizard of Oz, Holst the Planets, Off the Cuff: Holst the Planets, MPT’s 2020 Rhythm & Soul Concert, Music Adventures: Bach and Friends: The Viola Suites and Their Companions, Baltimore Speaker Series: Jason Alexander, Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto, Music Box: Birdie Melodies, Baltimore Symphony Youth Orchestras Chamber Recital, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back – In Concert, Music Adventures: Preparing for Upcoming Performances…as a Bassoonist, Brahms v. Radiohead, Baroque Favorites, Baltimore Symphony Youth Orchestras Concert, Evgeny Kissin in Recital, Symphony in the City: Patterson Park, & Star Wars: Return of the Jedi – In Concert.
The BSO is working to reschedule these events during the 2020-21 season.
Ticketholders for all events and performances will be contacted with further details.
In keeping with these concert cancellations, all related member and development events are also cancelled, including open rehearsals, luncheons, toasts, and ‘Musical Mondays.’ More information regarding the BSO’s Gala Celebration and Concert on May 9 featuring Itzhak Perlman, our signature fundraising event, will be announced soon.

During this time, the BSO has launched BSO OffStage, an online platform to stay connected with audiences through digital content. Most recently, the BSO released a video of the Orchestra virtually performing the final few minutes of Mahler’s Third Symphony. The Fifth Date, scheduled from April 3 through May 3, 2020, is canceled. If you have already purchased a ticket, whether as a subscriber or an individual, the theater will be reaching out to you shortly about refunds or donations. No live performances are currently planned.

Bowie Community Theatre has canceled its production of August Wilson’s Fences. No live performances are currently planned.

The Guest Experience team will be monitoring email to [email protected] while closed, but responses may be delayed.

CREATIVE CAULDRON (FALLS CHURCH, VA)
All performances at Creative Cauldron have been canceled through May. This affects ticket buyers who purchased Cinderella’s Dream and Always Patsy Cline. These shows will be rescheduled when the restrictions on gatherings are lifted.

Educational programs through May are suspended. They are currently working on making a “virtual” camp option available through on-line webinar platforms. If you have a child enrolled, they will reach out to see if this is of interest to you.

COLONIAL PLAYERS OF ANNAPOLIS (ANNAPOLIS, MD) 
Freaky Friday is being postponed and may be rescheduled in the summer. The Revolutionists will now be presented as the opening production of the 72nd Season (2020-2021). The Summer One-Act Festival is being postponed and will not be held this summer. Ticket holders: the Box Office team will contact you regarding options available once plans have been confirmed.

CONTEMPORARY AMERICAN THEATRE FESTIVAL (SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV) 
CATF has decided to reschedule the 2020 Theater Festival and 30th Anniversary. They will produce the entire repertory of six new American plays and their talktheater events in July of 2021. If you have already purchased your tickets, please consider converting your ticket purchase into a full or partial donation.

DARK HORSE THEATRE COMPANY (FAUQUIER CO & HERNDON, VA) 
Dark Horse has announced the delay of their production of Annie Baker’s Circle Mirror Transformation, which was scheduled for 4/17-5/9. All performances and in person rehearsals through 4/18 are canceled.

EVERYMAN THEATRE (BALTIMORE, MD)
The New Voices Festival and all other programming will be postponed until a yet to be determined date. Check back by visiting this website or calling the box office.

FLYING V THEATRE (PERFORMING IN BETHESDA, MD)
All Flying V programs and events have been postponed.

FOLGER THEATRE/FOLGER SHAKESPEARE LIBRARY (WASHINGTON, DC)
Folger has postponed or canceled all programs through May 15th. The box office will reach out in the coming weeks to all ticket-holders with information about any performances that are postponed. The Folger Shakespeare Playhouse production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the National Building Museum is postponed to next summer, July 13-August 29, 2021. The Tempest at Round House Theatre is now scheduled to run April 28-June 6, 2021. Nathan the Wise at Theater J will keep its original dates, February 17-March 14, 2021.

FORD’S THEATRE (WASHINGTON, DC)
Ford’s Theatre Society is further altering its programming schedule. All performances of Guys and Dolls have been canceled and the production will be rescheduled for spring 2021, with dates to be announced. The musical Man of La Mancha, originally announced as the spring 2021 production, will be postponed to a future season. Patrons with tickets to Guys and Dolls performances should visit the Ford’s Theatre website (www.fords.org) to see their options for receiving account credit, donating the value of their tickets to Ford’s Theatre Society or receiving a refund. The National Park Service has closed the Ford’s Theatre historic site (Museum, Theatre, Petersen House). The Society’s Aftermath Exhibits are closed. The Society’s History on Foot walking tours and performances of One Destiny scheduled through May 17 have also been canceled. All Guided Tours of Ford’s Theatre are canceled through May 17.

GALA HISPANIC THEATRE (WASHINGTON, DC)
The production of Tía Julia y el escribidor is postponed until February 2021.
The production of Ella es tango is postponed until spring 2021.
Paso Nuevo Youth Program has now gone digital. Classes meet online Monday through Thursdays until further notice.

GAY MEN’S CHORUS OF WASHINGTON, DC
All performances of Genderosity have been postponed to June 6-7, 2020.

JOE’S MOVEMENT EMPORIUM (MOUNT RAINIER, MD)

KENSINGTON ARTS THEATRE (KENSINGTON, MD)
KAT has postponed the May production of And Then There Were None until July 17-26, 2020. If you have purchased tickets for the May Performances of And Then There Were None, you may exchange them for tickets in July. If you are unable to attend the performance in July, KAT will happily exchange your ticket(s) for the winter 2021 play, Of Mice and Men. If neither of these will work, they will refund your ticket purchase. For exchanges/refunds, please e-mail [email protected]. As a small non-profit, all volunteer theatre, they depend on ticket sales as our main source of support, so please consider donating to KAT to help cover costs while they are dark. LA TI DO (WASHINGTON, DC)
LA TI DO is suspending all of its spring events and rescheduling them for summer.

LITTLE THEATRE OF ALEXANDRIA (ALEXANDRIA, VA)
The Little Theatre of Alexandria has cancelled their next two productions: Blue Stockings (April 25-May 16) and Rumors (June 6-27). If you hold a paid ticket for an LTA production between March 14 and June 27, and you have not submitted the Patron Support Form, please do so. This form will let us know what you want done with your ticket(s). In the coming weeks, we will contact those who have completed the form as we clear your account. As the form indicates, your options include:
-Donating your ticket(s) back to LTA (and, upon request, receive a donation letter)
-Applying a credit toward future non-musical productions at LTA (for additional tickets, credit does not apply to subscription price)
-Receiving a credit card refund

MARYLAND ENSEMBLE THEATRE (FREDERICK, MD)
MET’s annual fundraiser, Retro Prom, initially scheduled for March 28 has been rescheduled for Saturday, August 22.

Please consider making a donation to MET, support them through Amazon Smile by reading the great plays of MET’s past, or use the new MET Vault program. Each week they will release archive recordings of original MET Works that can be rented for a small donation.

MERRIWEATHER PARK AT SYMPHONY WOODS (COLUMBIA, MD)
All events are canceled at the Chrysalis and at Merriweather Park through the end of May.

METROPOLITAN BALLET THEATRE (ROCKVILLE, MD)
MBT’s performances of “La Boutique Fantasque – The Magic Toyshop” have been canceled. The goal is to reschedule the performance for later this spring.

MONUMENTAL THEATRE COMPANY (PERFORMING IN ALEXANDRIA, VA)
The 2020 production of Songs For A New World indefinitely, due to continuing concerns around COVID-19 and the safety of our artists and audience. Monumental’s full 2021 season will be announced at a later date.

MOSAIC THEATER (WASHINGTON, DC)
Mosaic is suspending the rest of the 2019-2020 Season and moving Inherit the Windbag and The Till Trilogy to the upcoming season. The Till Trilogy will move to June 2021. Inherit The Windbag will come back in the summer, dates TBA. Tickets purchased for Inherit the Windbag and The Till Trilogy will still be valid and may be exchanged into these productions next season. In the weeks to come, Mosaic will contact you with instructions and a custom code to reserve your tickets at no additional cost. There is no additional action required at this time to exchange your tickets.

NEXTSTOP THEATRE COMPANY (HERNDON, VA)
NextStop Theatre has officially suspended all operations. Please contact the box office at (866) 811-4111 with any questions. “Noises Off” and “In The Heights” will not be presented this spring. They hope to reschedule them as a part of the 2020/2021 season. At this time, we hope that our NextStop Summer Theatre Adventures program will be able to begin in late June. Information and decisions related to the summer are still pending. They will reach out to all those holding subscriptions or individual tickets to productions with more information on how you can donate the value of your tickets, transfer them to a credit toward future productions, or request a refund.

NEW ORCHESTRA OF WASHINGTON (WASHINGTON, DC)
NOW has postponed scheduled events in April and early May.

OLNEY THEATRE CENTER (OLNEY, MD)
Two Pianos Four Hands, scheduled to open on May 12, has been rescheduled for the 20-21 season, running June 25 – July 18, 2021. Tickets will go on sale June 15. Ticket holders will be contacted directly. Pippin will not be presented this season as a full production, but they hope to mount an outdoor, concert version of the show on the weekend of July 18. Ticket holders and the public will receive more information as developments warrant. The May 16th Annual Gala Dinner and Performance featuring Tony-Award winner Patina Miller is canceled. Summer STOCK camp session #1, which had been scheduled to begin June 22, has been canceled. The Musical Theatre intensive starting July 6, and Summer STOCK camp session #2 beginning July 20, are at this time expected to run as planned. Session #1 families will be contacted shortly. New Voices for High School students has been canceled. The Brigadoon concert, scheduled for July 24, is expected to perform as planned. However, should circumstances suggest that an outdoor performance is better for the health and safety of audiences and artists, it may move to the Root Family Outdoor Stage. The final status and location of that program will be determined later.

Ticket holders for canceled performances may receive credit to be used on a future Olney Theatre Center production or convert their purchases into a tax-deductible donation to Olney Theatre. PERISPHERE THEATER (SILVER SPRING, MD)
Perisphere has postponed their production of R. Eric Thomas’s Time Is On Our Side, set to open August 6.

REP STAGE (COLUMBIA, MD)
Rep Stage has canceled its upcoming production of Dames at Sea, set to begin May 2nd. Flex members may use their remaining tickets towards the 2020–2021 season with no added fees.

RIVERSIDE CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS (FREDERICKSBURG, VA)
Steve Martin and Edie Brickell’s Bright Star (opening 3/25) is rescheduled to open on 4/15, with a closing date to be determined. The Little Mermaid, Jr. (opening 4/2) has been postponed indefinitely. Meredith and the Rave-Ons (4/19) will be rescheduled to a later date TBA. Murder for Two (opening 5/27) is canceled. Riverside Center Box Office associates will contact season/ticket holders for canceled performances directly to discuss their options.

ROUND HOUSE THEATRE (BETHESDA, MD)
Round House Theatre has canceled the rest of the 2019-2020 Season, including the upcoming Gala featuring Kelli O’Hara. The productions affected by this cancellation are Cost of Living, Big Love, and Hatef*ck. Cost of Living will now be produced in September 2021.

Some education programs will finish online, some will be postponed, and some will follow the guidance of Montgomery County Public Schools. At this time, Summer Camps will proceed as planned.

SCENA THEATRE (WASHINGTON, DC)
No live performances are currently planned.

SHAKESPEARE THEATRE COMPANY (WASHINGTON, DC)
The STC presentation of Wise Children’s Romantics Anonymous has been canceled, and the spring production of Much Ado About Nothing has replaced As You Like It in the 2020/21 Season. Ticket holders will be contacted by the Box Office to find the most suitable arrangements for them. The June and July performances of Potted Potter: The Unauthorized Harry Experience – A Parody by Dan and Jeff and Chamber Dance’s New Works 2020 have been postponed, and new dates will be shared as soon as possible. STC will not be able to produce this summer’s Free For All production of The Comedy of Errors. At this time, the summer Mock Trial remains scheduled for June 22 and Will on the Hill is still slated for June 15.

The loss of programming, rentals, and other special events has affected revenue. Many patrons have donated their tickets back to the theatre in support of STC. You can also donate to our Phoenix Fund. We are immensely grateful for the outpouring of support from our patrons and donors.

The most up-to-date information will always be available on our website (ShakespeareTheatre.org) and social media platforms. We expect a high volume of calls to the Box Office and ask patrons to remain patient as we seek to update everyone in as timely a manner as possible.

SIGNATURE THEATRE (ARLINGTON, VA)
Signature Theatre has closed its doors to the public through the beginning of June. Patrons who hold tickets for cancelled performances of Easy Women Smoking Loose Cigarettes will be able to experience this sold out production in an innovative way with streaming video. In the coming week, Signature Theatre will release a high-quality video of the production that was filmed at the final performance. Camille Claudel will be moved to the 2020/21 Season. Dates will be announced later this spring/summer. Nijinsky’s Last Dance will be postponed to this summer. Dates will be announced at a later time. Hair will be postponed to this summer. Dates will be announced at a later time. Not A Day Goes By: Signature Turns 30 cabaret originally scheduled in June/July 2020 has been cancelled due to the other changes in the schedule. Signature’s 2020 Stephen Sondheim Award Gala will be postponed from April 6, 2020 until June 29, 2020.

SILHOUETTE STAGES (COLUMBIA, MD)
No live performances are currently planned.

SILVER SPRING STAGE (SILVER SPRING, MD)
SSS is closing its building through April 29th. This will affect Lobby Hero, which was scheduled to open on April 3rd, and the rest of the 2019-20 season. They have also canceled their one-act festival. Playwrights who have submitted for the festival will be contacted soon about our plans going forward. Auditions for The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night are also postponed.

SPOOKY ACTION THEATRE (WASHINGTON, DC)
Spooky Action is canceling the remaining scheduled performances of The Realistic Joneses through April 5. The canceled performances will be rescheduled for June. Dates and times will be available soon on the Spooky Action website. Patrons who have purchased tickets for performances that are now canceled may contact the theater to reschedule for performances in June, request a refund or convert the price of tickets to a tax-deductible donation to help the theater in this challenging time.

STUDIO THEATRE (WASHINGTON, DC)
Studio Theatre is canceling the remainder of their 2019-2020 season due to the evolving government response to COVID-19. This impacts performances of Fun Home and Aspen Ideas, as well as the already-announced closure of Pass Over. Studio’s Board of Directors has generously pledged $245,000 to establish a COVID-19 Relief Fund. Donate now to join them in helping Studio brace against this crisis, emerge strong, and vigorously resume its work on stage.

SYNETIC THEATER (ARLINGTON, VA)
Synetic announced that it will postpone its production of Life is a Dream/La Vida es Sueño indefinitely. Performances were scheduled to begin on April 22. Synetic will also be closing the public spaces of its facility for the next two weeks.

Taffety Punk has indefinitely postponed their production of Georgette Kelly’s In the Belly of the Whale. They have issued refunds to ticket holders already, and are working to come up with a realistic timeline to re-engage with this production.

THEATER ALLIANCE (WASHINGTON, DC)
Theater Alliance has postponed the world premiere production of The Blackest
Battle by DC theatre artist Psalmayene 24, which was set to begin in May. The production will be shifted to next season.

THEATER J (WASHINGTON, DC)
Theater J has canceled its upcoming production of Becoming Dr. Ruth. If you have purchased tickets to or have a subscription package that includes Becoming Dr. Ruth, Theater J’s Ticket Office will reach out to you this week.

The EDCJCC will be closed for all public programming with plans to reopen on April 1. They plan to produce the final show of the season, Compulsion or the House Behind by Rinne Groff, set to begin performance June 5.

THEATRE WASHINGTON (WASHINGTON, DC)
TheatreWashington, the organization that oversees the Helen Hayes Awards, announced that the Helen Hayes Awards ceremony would be postponed from its planned May 18 date to a date to be determined in late August. The Victor Shargai Memorial Celebration, originally scheduled for March 30th, has also been canceled.

THE ESSENTIAL THEATRE (WASHINGTON, DC)
The scheduled performance of Harriett Tubman: The Chosen One has been postponed until further notice.

THE IN SERIES (WASHINGTON, DC)
The IN Series has canceled its production of Rigoletto at Atlas Performing Arts Center, originally scheduled from April 11-19. From the theater: “We have launched a campaign through the Catalogue for Philanthropy to compensate the artists of Rigoletto who have been diligently preparing these roles for months and whose home and family budgets count on the income they anticipated from these performances. Please consider joining our cause with a donation of any size to ease the burden of this cancellation on our artists.”

THE KEEGAN THEATRE (WASHINGTON, DC)
MEMPHIS has moved to the March/April slot of the 2020-21 season. YOGA PLAY has been canceled from this year’s mainstage season, but will be performed as a staged reading after the theater reopens. Headlining Keegan’s reopening this summer will now be HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH. Specific performance dates for HEDWIG have not yet been set and ticket sales are currently on hold until the COVID-19 crisis has subsided. Like so many other organizations around DC, ticket sales make up a significant portion of Keegan’s annual revenue, and the company will sustain a financial hit with the suspension of performances. THE KENNEDY CENTER (WASHINGTON, DC)
The Kennedy Center will postpone all scheduled ticketed performances through August 9, 2020, due to the ongoing effects of COVID–19. The Center’s programmers are exploring options for rescheduling artists and productions for a future date where possible. Kennedy Center leadership continues to strategize for the re-opening of the building, including the establishment of safety, health and security protocols to enable the Center to re-open as soon as possible. Ticket holders for performances scheduled to take place through May 10th have the following options: Exchange your tickets for a future date or alternate show (where possible), Donate your tickets, and receive a tax deduction for the total ticket value, Exchange your tickets for a Kennedy Center gift certificate, or Receive a full refund for the value of the ticket and associated fees. The National Theatre announced the following on March 17th:

• Sting starring in The Last Ship, originally scheduled for March 27 – April 5, 2020, will not play as planned. Instead, we are working to reschedule THE LAST SHIP for a yet-to-be-determined future date. All tickets purchased through the National Theatre Box Office and Etix will remain valid for the future engagement of THE LAST SHIP once scheduled.
• Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, scheduled for April 7-12, 2020 (originally April 7-26, 2020), has been canceled and will not be rescheduled. All tickets purchased through the National Theatre Box Office and Etix will be automatically refunded.
• Baby Shark Live!, scheduled for June 5-7, 2020, has been canceled and will not be rescheduled. All tickets purchased through the National Theatre Box Office and Etix will be automatically refunded.

WSG is postponing the scheduled opening of Gino DiIorio’s Sam and Dede, or My Dinner with Andre the Giant until the 2020-2021 season. If you have purchased tickets to a canceled performance you can contact [email protected] for assistance.

WE HAPPY FEW (WASHINGTON, DC)
We Happy Few will be canceling the entire run of The Count of Monte Cristo and the May/June run of Cyano de Bergerac. If you have purchased tickets to either, here are the steps you can take:

• Refund your tickets: Please contact Brown Paper Tickets within 2 weeks by emailing [email protected]. Be sure to include your confirmation number, if possible. If you need assistance with this process, please contact our box office manager Keith at [email protected]
• Reserve your ticket toward a future performance: The price of your ticket will be considered a contribution to We Happy Few to help support us through this crisis, and if/when we remount either show, you will have a ticket reserved for you.

WOLF TRAP (VIENNA, VA)
For the first time in Wolf Trap’s nearly 50-year history, the summer concert season will not come to fruition. Performances at the Filene Center and Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods, scheduled to take place from May through September, are cancelled due to the on-going Covid-19 pandemic. WOOLLY MAMMOTH THEATRE COMPANY (WASHINGTON, DC)
Woolly Mammoth has decided to postpone Teenage Dick (originally scheduled June 1 – June 28, 2020), as well as their NSFW Festival in the summer. In addition, the recently announced production of Michael R. Jackson’s Broadway-bound musical, A Strange Loop, is moving from the fall of 2020 to close out next season in the summer of 2021. Production dates and single ticket on-sale dates will be announced at a later time. Keep an eye on their website for details about their reopening. YAA will postpone its production of Beauty and the Beast with Alan Menken. The performance (originally scheduled for March 28) has been rescheduled for June 12, 2020, at 7:30pm, at the Music Center at Strathmore. Alan Menken is committed to the project and remains extremely supportive. His attendance at the event will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

YOUNG PLAYWRIGHTS’ THEATRE (WASHINGTON, DC)
