Audrey Thornton

Audrey Thornton is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native by way of DC, Maryland, Virginia, Missouri, Ohio, and California. An avid reader and budding short-story writer, with a lifelong love of live theater, she turned to DC Theater Arts to satisfy her creative thirst. Audrey honed her analytical writing skills by earning a BS degree in Psychology and masters in Organizational Development at George Mason University where one professor insisted she was meant to be a writer, not a ‘business person.’ Since leaving a full-time legal career in 2009, she writes EEO discrimination complaints, does mediation consulting, and is working on a family genealogy project.
