Ilana Silverstein

Ilana Silverstein is a founding band member of Tia Nina, the feminist punk rock dance band and enjoys collaborating with artists of mixed disciplines. In addition to performing, she integrates dance into healthcare settings through her work as a movement artist at Georgetown Hospital and BodyWise Dance. As the The Field/DC Director, Ilana runs artist feedback workshops for artists of all disciplines in the DC metro area. Ilana also serves as The Field Network Manager for The Field. She holds an MFA in Dance from The George Washington University and a BA in Dance and Environmental studies from Denison University. www.ilanaspace.com
