New York City Tourism + Conventions, in partnership with The Off-Broadway League, is offering its twice-yearly promotion of 2-for-1 tickets during NYC Off-Broadway Week, running for a full three weeks from February 17–March 9, and on sale now. Celebrating live theater and the wide variety of exciting and intimate productions at NYC venues with less than 500 seats, the current 29 participating shows range from long-running hits, cult classics, experimental originals, immersive and interactive experiences, and new works, including 18 that have never before been offered in the Off-Broadway Week discount program.
Tickets are made available in limited quantities, for select seats, at the discretion of the individual productions, and the eligible ones are noted as such. Blackout dates may apply and offers cannot be combined with other promotions. To receive the discount, you must enter the code OBW25; there is a two-ticket minimum, and rather than receiving one free ticket for every full-price ticket purchased, each will be issued at 50% off the original price, plus taxes and fees. The discount will apply and show in your shopping cart prior to purchase. No refunds; all sales are final.
Since beginning in 2009, there have been more than 900 participating shows, with over 135,000 tickets sold through the program. The current participating shows for winter 2025 are:
A Letter to Lyndon B. Johnson or God: Whoever Reads This First; After Endgame; Beauty and the Beast; Conversations with Mother; Dakar 2000; Drag: The Musical; Drunk Shakespeare; Dungeons & Dragons: The Twenty-Sided Tavern; Emilio’s A Million Chameleons; Friends!
