Quill Nebeker is a director and local native of the Washington, DC area. He returned here in 2012 after graduating from James Madison University with his degree in Theatre and Dance. There, he directed Macbeth, John Patrick Shanley's Defiance, and a handful of one-act plays. He devised two works while at JMU, re: in/action and The Long, Horrible Trip of Edgar Allan Poe. Since graduation Quill has worked with the Capital Fringe Festival, The Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, The Studio Theatre, The HUB Theatre, WSC Avant Bard, and is currently a Directing and Production Intern at Forum Theatre. Quill holds intensive actor training from Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, MA and is a proud member of Alpha Psi Omega, the National Theatre Honor Society.
