“Theatre Week is our city’s standing ovation for the arts. Every fall, Theatre Week gives residents and visitors a way to discover something new — whether it’s a small black box premiere, a big musical revival, or a free community event,” said Amy Austin, President and CEO of Theatre Washington. “It’s a reminder that theater isn’t just entertainment — it’s a place to gather, connect, and see the world through someone else’s eyes. This celebration opens doors to every corner of our theater community, and everyone is welcome.”

Theatre Week 2025 is supported by Destination DC and Events DC, with additional support from Giant Foods; DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities; The Quincy, Ascend Hotel Collection; Share Fund; The Morgan Fund; and The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.
