Auditons on November 21st and 23rd for Young Artists of America’s ‘Songs for a New World’

Young Artists of America is pleased to announce audition dates for its upcoming March 2014 production of

SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD

The production will feature composer
Jason Robert Brown, who will mentor and perform alongside YAA students.

This production will be the regional premiere of the fully orchestrated version of this groundbreaking work featuring a full symphonic orchestra!

Our production will conducted and accompanied by Jason Robert Brown, who has been hailed as “one of Broadway’s smartest and most sophisticated songwriters since Stephen Sondheim” (Philadelphia Inquirer).

Auditions are open to all high-school aged singers and instrumentalists in Maryland, Virginia and DC.

Auditions will take place on:
Thursday, November 21, 2013 and
Saturday, November 23, 2013
In the Orchestra Room at Winston Churchill High School:
