The Daily Dish: Now Serving Tiffany MacIsaac by Jenny Splitter

She’s the former executive pastry chef for Neighborhood Restaurant Group. You might have tasted her creations at Buzz Bakery, Birch & Barley or GBD Fried Chicken and Doughnuts. Plus the James Beard Foundation thinks she’s pretty amazing.

Tonight the cast of The Dish welcomes pastry chef Tiffany MacIsaac to talk about Buttercream Bakery, working with her chef husband Kyle Bailey and the one ingredient she just can’t live without.

Anything can happen at The Dish. You might ask Tiffany what she thinks about deconstructed desserts (spoiler: not much). We’ll make food on stage. You might get to eat it. You’ll definitely get to judge it. This show is part-improvised but fully delicious. Just like a craft cocktail, depending on how you feel about craft cocktails.
