The latest musical offerings from Broadway stars Adam Pascal and Ben Platt

Theater-lovers can enjoy the latest offerings from two luminaries of the NYC stage – one with a new online concert, the other with the release of a new album and an upcoming tour.

On Tuesday, August 17, as part of its online series The Show Must Go On Show, Art Lab presents Adam Pascal . . . So Far, an intimate 75-minute acoustic performance by the Tony-nominated actor, singer, and musician. Streaming on Stellar, the show features Pascal guiding the audience through a personal musical journey that chronicles his life and experiences over the last 25 years of his acclaimed Broadway career.

Throughout the performance, the star sits down with Tony Award winner and longtime friend Jarrod Emmick (Damn Yankees), as he shares inside stories and pivotal moments from his hit shows Rent, Aida, and Something Rotten, through Pretty Woman and more. Fans with a VIP ticket will also have the opportunity to meet Pascal remotely, in a virtual chat before the show.

Tony, Grammy, and Emmy award-winning artist Ben Platt (Dear Evan Hansen; The Book of Mormon) just released his second solo album, Reverie, on Atlantic Records, which includes his new singles “Happy To Be Sad” and “Imagine” (both now available on all digital platforms). To launch the recording, Platt has embarked on a series of TV appearances and interviews, including a visit on Monday, August 16, on NBC’s Late Night with Seth Meyers, as both lead guest and musical performer.

In addition to the media tour, Platt will kick off his biggest North American headline concert tour to date on February 23, 2022, which will include his first-ever headline show at NYC’s Madison Square Garden, scheduled for March 6, 2022.
