NYC Broadway Week returns January 17-February 12, with select 2-for-1 tickets

Sales are now open for the return of NYC Broadway Week, the twice-a-year two-for-one offering of tickets to select performances of live theater on the Broadway stage. Produced by NYC & Company in collaboration with the Broadway League, the special program has sold more than a million tickets to over 150 different productions since it was launched in 2011.

The current winter 2023 installment runs from January 17 to February 12, giving theater-goers access to nearly four weeks of discounted tickets to a variety of participating plays and musicals, including family-friendly shows and Tony Award winners. You can choose from the line-up below, then click on the link, select an available date, and enter the promo code BWAYWK to receive your discount.

Rather than getting one free ticket for every full-price ticket purchased, all tickets are issued at 50% off their original price (plus applicable taxes and fees), with a minimum of two tickets bought; your shopping cart will show the exact number of tickets you will receive. There is also an upgrade option for higher priced seats at $125, with the code BWAYUP.

The current list of 22 participating shows is:

& Juliet; A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical; Aladdin; Between Riverside and Crazy; Chicago; Funny Girl; Hadestown; Hamilton; Harry Potter and the Cursed Child; Kimberly Akimbo; Leopoldstadt; MJ the Musical; Moulin Rouge!; Pictures from Home; SIX the Musical; Some Like It Hot; Take Me Out; The Book of Mormon; The Collaboration; The Lion King (currently sold out); The Piano Lesson; and Wicked.

Please note that online ticketing through Telecharge has a virtual wait time, so the above links to those productions are connected to the main Broadway Week website. For all shows, if you’re seeing that no seats are available for the performance you selected, it’s possible that the show has sold out the limited number of tickets at the offered rate. You can then choose another date or return at a later time to see if more discounted seats have been released. Also be sure to check each show’s terms and conditions, so that you’re not selecting a performance on a black-out date. And don’t forget to enter the applicable code or the discount will not be applied.

In addition to enjoying the shows, you will be championing the return of Broadway – a major contributor to the local economy and supporter of approximately 90,000 jobs in NYC.

NYC Broadway Week runs January 17-February 12, 2023. For available tickets (priced at 50% off, plus fees, for a minimum of two tickets), go online. Masks are no longer required at all performances but are recommended; check the current protocol at each theater before you go.
