Special Discount for Cirque du Soleil’s ‘TOTEM’ at National Harbor

Cirque du Soleil has returned to Washington with TOTEM and is playing now through October 7, 2012 under the blue and yellow Big Top at the Plateau at National Harbor.

Cirque du Soleil is offering DCMTA readers $10 off the regular price of tickets for TOTEM.

You can purchase discounted tickets by clicking HERE.

TOTEM traces the fascinating journey of the human species from its original amphibian state to its ultimate desire to fly. The characters evolve on a stage evoking a giant turtle, the symbol of origin for many ancient civilizations.

Inspired by many founding myths, TOTEM illustrates, through a visual and acrobatic language, the evolutionary progress of species. Somewhere between science and legend TOTEM explores the ties that bind Man to other species, his dreams and his infinite potential.

The show is 2 hours and 30 minutes, including a 30 minute intermission.

More information is on the Cirque du Soleil website.
