In partnership with Kensington Arts Theatre (KAT) 2nd Stage, Arts on the Green presents Disney’s Aladdin Jr. The show runs October 16 through 25, 2015, with performances on Fridays at 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Arts Barn – 311 Kent Square Road. Admission is $15, $12 for children 14 and under. This show is appropriate for ages 7 and older.
A resourceful young hero and a wise-cracking genie come to life in this special one-hour adaptation of the hit Disney film Aladdin. Featuring an Academy award-winning score with music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice, Disney’s Aladdin Jr. includes popular songs such as “A Whole New World” and “Friend Like Me.” KAT 2ndStage features youth performers, and the one-hour performance is great for families with young children.
