Between Hebrew classes and surviving middle school, best friends Jared “J-Swizzle” and Daniel “D-Man” dream of becoming the biggest rap stars in the universe. It will take a magical quest that challenges their sweet rhymes to save their friendship.
About the Playwright: Emma Choi
Emma Choi is a commended Foyle Young Poet and recipient of the American Voices Award and two national silver medals from the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. In 2016, she was a participant in the Writopia Worldwide Off-Broadway Play Festival. She is a junior at George C. Marshall High School where she is the founder and editor-in-chief of an underground satirical magazine, The Scuttlebutt. Her plays have been produced off-Broadway and in DC. Emma lives with her family and ghost dog in northern Virginia.
